  • Clear photos of:

    • Packaging

  • Brief explanation of your authenticity concern

Claim Review & Evaluation Timeline

  1. Acknowledgment (Within 1–2 Business Days):
    We confirm receipt and request any additional details if needed.

  2. Initial Evaluation (Up to 5 Business Days):
    Photos and documentation are reviewed by our authenticity team.

  3. Physical Inspection (If Required):
    If needed, we will request you to ship the product back.

    • Customer pays return shipping.

    • Evaluation resumes after the item is received.

  4. Final Decision:
    You will receive a written decision outlining:
