Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States.
Express orders placed before 11 AM EST ship the same day. UPS Ground is not a guaranteed express option.
Processing time: expedited orders ship within 1 business day; standard orders within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. No weekend shipping — weekend orders process the next business day.
We ship to PO Boxes and international addresses via USPS; international rates are calculated at checkout, and customs delays are outside our control.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages — we'll send tracking for each shipment.
Shipping is a non-refundable service; on returns, return shipping may be deducted from your refund (see our Refund Policy).
Need it ASAP? Call 1-888-784-8872 and we'll do everything we can.

Please double-check your shipping address (APT#, SUITE#, UNIT# etc.) — carriers return undeliverable packages, and we'll contact you about re-shipping if that happens.
