Price Match

We want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting a great deal. If you find the same item at a lower price from an eligible competitor, we’ll be happy to review a price match request, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligible Competitors

We will consider price matching against:

  • Authorized, reputable online retailers based in the United States or Canada
  • Retailers that clearly list the brand as an authorized seller (no marketplaces with unknown third-party sellers)

We do not price match:

  • Auction sites (eBay, etc.)
  • Peer-to-peer or resale platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, etc.)
  • Wholesale or membership-only sites
  • Physical stores without a matching online listing

2. Item Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. Identical Item / SKU
    Same brand, style, SKU/model number, color, size, and condition (new, not used or refurbished).
  2. In-Stock and Ready to Ship
    The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website. We do not match prices on backordered, pre-order, or out-of-stock items.
  3. Regular (Non-Promotional) Price
    The competitor’s price must be their regular advertised price. We do not match prices that are reduced due to:
    • Promo codes or coupons
    • Flash sales or limited-time offers
    • Clearance, liquidation, or special event sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.)
  4. MSRP / Designer Restrictions
    If the designer or brand has a Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), we must comply with those guidelines. We cannot match any price that violates the designer’s MSRP policy.
  5. Final Sale & Outlet Sites
    Items marked as “final sale,” clearance-only, outlet-only, or sold on final sale websites are not eligible for price matching.

3. How We Calculate the Price Match (Tax & Shipping)

When reviewing a price match request, we compare the total delivered cost:

  • Competitor’s item price
  • Plus their shipping fees
  • Plus any mandatory handling fees or surcharges

vs.

  • Our item price
  • Plus our shipping fees (if any)

Example:
If our price for a suit is $199 with free shipping, and another store lists it for $185 + $20 shipping, their total is $205, so our total price of $199 is actually cheaper and does not qualify for a price match.

Local taxes (sales tax/VAT) may vary by location and are not used as a basis for approving or denying a price match request.

4. Timeframe for Submitting a Price Match Request

  • Before Purchase: You may request a price match before placing your order.
  • After Purchase: You may submit a price match request within 3 calendar days of your purchase if you find a lower eligible price elsewhere for the same item and size.

Price match requests submitted after 3 days from the order date will not be considered.

5. Limits & One-Match Policy

  • Price matching is limited to one adjustment per item.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of items eligible for price matching per customer, per order, or per day.
  • Price matches cannot be combined with other discounts, promo codes, rewards, or special offers.

6. How to Request a Price Match

If you’ve found a qualifying lower price and would like us to review it, please email us at info@parahombreusa.com with:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number (if you’ve already purchased)
  3. The product’s designer name and SKU/style (for example: “Michael Kors 12345”)
  4. The competitor’s product page URL
  5. The advertised price you’re asking us to match

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will either:

  • Adjust the price before you complete your purchase, or
  • Issue a partial refund or store credit (for eligible post-purchase matches).

7. General Exclusions & Rights

We do not offer price matching in the following cases:

  • Typographical errors or obvious pricing mistakes on competitor sites
  • Prices from wholesale, bulk, or business-to-business (B2B) channels
  • Items sold as part of a bundle only (unless the identical bundle is offered)
  • Custom, special-order, or personalized items

We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing and availability, decline any price match request that does not meet these conditions, and modify or discontinue this Price Match Policy at any time without prior notice.
